Too much valuable work remains trapped between a good idea and a finished contribution.
Ideas rarely fail for lack of ambition. They stall for lack of focus, useful feedback and time set aside to make them real.
RIL is building a twelve-week working Fellowship around that problem. Fellows choose one project, work to a clear rhythm and finish with something another person can read, test, discuss or build upon.
