Why we exist
The gap is rarely ambition. It is the environment around the work.
The unfinished gap
Too much valuable work remains trapped between a good idea and a finished contribution.
Ideas rarely fail for lack of ambition. They stall for lack of focus, useful feedback and time set aside to make them real.
RIL offers two ways to move forward. Advisory helps people work through a problem or decision; the Fellowship provides the structure to build, publish or pursue something meaningful.
