What we collect
When you apply for the RIL Fellowship or submit an Advisory enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, website, location or time zone, project or business information and anything else you choose to include.
Please do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive or protected personal information through our forms.
Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use it
We use submitted information to:
- review and respond to Fellowship applications;
- review and respond to Advisory enquiries;
- communicate about a cohort or partnership enquiry;
- administer the website and protect it from abuse; and
- meet legal or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers for website hosting, form processing and email. They process information on our behalf and may operate outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should apply.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including application review, correspondence and any legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
