1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the Rapid Innovation Lab website (ril.ac) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the bootcamps, courses, workshops, and educational programs offered by Rapid Innovation Lab
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our website or services
• "Participant" refers to any individual who registers for and attends our bootcamps or courses
• "Content" refers to all materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, code, and course materials

3. Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Registration

When you register for a bootcamp or course, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Prohibited

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, distribute, or resell course materials without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Payments

Booking

Registration for bootcamps is completed through our website. Your registration is confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency (GBP, USD, SAR, QAR, or PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Refunds

Eligibility

• Full refund (100%): Cancellation more than 7 days before event
• Partial refund (50%): Cancellation 3-7 days before event
• No refund: Cancellation less than 3 days before event or no-show

Process

Email [email protected] with booking confirmation. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days. Processing fees (2-3%) are non-refundable.

Transfers

Transfer to another date free if requested 7+ days before event. One transfer allowed only.

6. Intellectual

Content

All content provided through our services, including course materials, videos, code, documentation, and website content, is owned by Rapid Innovation Lab or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Share login credentials or course access with others

Ownership

You retain ownership of any projects or code you create during our bootcamps. However, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use anonymized versions of your work for educational and promotional purposes.

7. Delivery

Format

Bootcamps are delivered either online (via Zoom or similar platforms) or on-site at specified venues. The format will be clearly indicated at the time of registration.

Schedule

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content if necessary. We will notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any bootcamp due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Technical

For online bootcamps, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

• A stable internet connection
• A computer meeting minimum specifications
• Required software installed (as specified in pre-course materials)
• A working camera and microphone

Attendance

To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

• Attend the full duration of the bootcamp
• Actively participate in exercises and projects
• Complete any required assessments

8. Disclaimers

Results

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific learning outcomes or skill acquisition
• Employment opportunities or career advancement
• Financial gains or business success from skills learned

Educational

Our courses are for educational purposes only. Any code, projects, or AI agents you build are your responsibility. We are not liable for how you use the skills and knowledge gained.

Third-Party

We may use third-party services (e.g., AI APIs, cloud platforms) in our courses. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Innovation Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific bootcamp or course.

Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Innovation Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your misuse of course materials or services
• Any projects or applications you build using skills learned in our courses

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive conduct
• Maintain a professional and collaborative learning environment

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Agreement
